Building up Cardio in 3 weeks... is it possible??
Well I'm gonna try! So nutcracker is insane this year. It's basically the same steps my dance teacher did when she was in core! (omwow....) I get winded easily! So, I'm going to start running everyday. On the eliptical or at the Galax track. :) wish me luck! i started today with 15 minutes straight.... wheew! Now let me tell you that running is NOT my thing. but it will be after 3 weeks! In a way this is kind of an experiment..... I'll definitely let you know how it goes :)

overeating?
well lets think about this one. you overeat because it tastes good, its your void filler, or your just plain bored! (thats what i do!) haha. well the main way to not overeat is to listen to your body. if its saying whoa! i'm full! then listen! it may taste good, but save it for later! if you're eating because of boredom, exercise! don't eat! its harder than it sounds i know. but the key to life long healthiness is to eat healthy, and not to much! and easy-"er" thing to do is to not drink while your eating. it makes you feel "washed out" and makes your mind think you can eat more. wait till after dinner to drink something. very helpful! breaking tradition too but hey, whats more important? healthy or traditional? thats a toughie. welp i'll leave you to think on this!

4. Stay Away from People Who are Sick
If you do get sick, stay home so you won't pass it on to anyone else.
